Plain answers about this site.

What this website collects

Nothing, until you give it something. There are no analytics trackers, no advertising pixels, and nothing third-party watching you read. The demonstration interview linked from this site asks for a name and the answers you give. If you answer out loud, your own browser turns what you say into text as you speak, and only the text is sent here: no recording is made. Some browsers do that on your device and others send the sound to the company that makes them, which is their choice rather than ours, and we say so because you cannot see it. Only your name, the text of what you said, and the short reading made from it, is kept — for one day, so the page can show you what Unify heard, and then it is deleted. Nothing about it is joined to any organization, and no address or browser is recorded with it. If you go on to have Unify build a demonstration workspace from that reading, the workspace, what you add to it and what you ask of it are kept the same way, for the same day, and deleted with the rest.

On this deployment, what you say is read by Anthropic's AI models, reached through Gloo AI Studio.

A real interview — the one you are sent a private link for — is different, and is described below.

If you take part in an interview

What you type, and anything you record, is sent to Unify and kept for that organization’s assessment.

On this deployment nothing writes recordings down automatically, so the interview asks you to type your answers and does not record.

You can go back and answer a question again. Once you start, the interview can only be continued in the browser you started it in, so nobody else who has the link can open what you have said.

What happens when you contact us

The contact form sends your name, organization, email, and message straight to us. It is stored in our own database rather than with a form-service company. We use it to write back to you and for nothing else: no mailing lists, no sharing it around, no selling it. Ask us to delete it and we will — a person does it, by hand.

What happens during an engagement

Interview answers, recordings, and documents from a real engagement are covered by a written agreement, and by commitments rather stronger than this page. How we handle your data sets them out in full: cited findings, named review, what leadership can and cannot see, and deletion of your organization’s material when you ask.

On this deployment, the site itself runs on Vercel, records are stored in a Postgres database at Supabase, uploaded documents and recordings are stored in a private Supabase bucket, email is delivered by Resend, material is read by Anthropic's AI models, reached through Gloo AI Studio, and nothing writes recordings down, so interviews ask people to type.

Questions

Ask a person: book a conversation.

This page and how we handle your data deliberately do not carry the operating entity’s legal name and address, a privacy contact address, governing law, numeric retention periods, or a data-subject request procedure. Those are still with counsel. They are honest for a demonstration and a pilot; before a paying engagement they are added.
